Great post. I live in New Jersey and the last thunderstorm really took its tool on my roof. It is leaking really bad and needless to say, I have to get a new roof. Just remember you don't always want metal roofing.It's sturdy, but is it efficient for the climate you live in? Here in vancouver, roofers usually install darker materials that don't rust because it is cold and rainy, therefore lowering your energy bill (because the dark materials absorb heat), and not wearing out too quickly.
